We had our lifeguards as well as the Japan Coast Guard give us a speech on ocean and swimming safety,  

We have just finished our first session in the water. We started by touch the water, then putting it in our bodies, then on our heads, then we floated in the water, 

In the next sessions, we will try swimming in the shallow water.
