Today, we had the once in a lifetime opportunity to hear the horrors of war straight from the 95 year old Atomic Bomb survivor, Ms Kono Kiyomi. She spoke about her terrible stories of when she was a junior high school student. She shared her heartbreaking story of survival after the atomic bombing. It has been 81 years since the bombing of Hiroshima so there are fewer and fewer survivors left to share their story so this is an extraordinary experience for all the students.  This is a wonderful experience and it is thanks to our principal, Ms Tanami.
