We are now off the expressway and have arrived at Awakurando Roadside Station. The students seem to be in extremely high spirits as they enjoy their time on the bus together. 

At  Awakurando, the biggest story is that they have spent ¥100 million in designing and building these restrooms.  We are just happy to have this break to stretch our legs and take a hydration break. 

There are many local farms selling delicious-looking fruits and vegetables.

After this stop, our next stop will be lunch.
